Terms of Service
First, we'd like to thank you for choosing (or considering) eAmped to host your free forum. While techical mumbo jumbo and rules are never fun, unfortunately these days it's necessary. Therefore by accessing, creating or contributing to any forum hosted at eAmped.com and in consideration for the service we're providing, you agree to abide by these terms of use. Please read them carefully before registering at, posting to, or creating a forum here.
Forums We Don't Host
We will not host illegal, immoral, unethical, or otherwise objectional forums. This includes, but isn't limited to, forums (directly or indirectly) about hacking, pornography, warez (downloads of copyright material), or content not suitable for children. We run a family program, such sites will be removed without warning.
Publicly Viewable Content Policy
We request that, unless you've paid for ad removal, at least 70% of your posts must be made in a publicly viewable area of your forum. You don't have to allow guests to post (in fact we discourage that), but you must make sure that guests can at least see the majority of your forums, threads, and posts. This is not negotiable and extremely inportant in ensuring your forum remains free.
Forum Activity Policy
Any forum which goes more than thirty (30) days without any posts, or which hasn't been logged into by the admin within 10 days of creating the forum, may be deemed as abandoned and as such is subject to removal. Any forum deleted for inactivity will not recoverable, though you are certainly welcome to re-make the forum should you so choose.
Copyright Jargon
All forums are published under the Creative Commons Public License. Basically you permit anyone to copy, distribute, display and perform your content (royalty-free) on the condition that they credit your authorship each time they do so. In general, you may post content freely to your forum and to those of others hosted at eAmped so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or otherwise injurious or objectionable. All content posted must be original and owned by you, or protected by fair use. eAmped does not pre-screen, is not liable for, and may (at our discretion) remove any content that we feel is a violation of our terms of service or that we have reason to believe may be in violation of a copyright.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
This site is provided on an as is and as available basis. eAmped makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the site's operation or the information, content or materials included on this site. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, eAmped hereby disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. We will not be liable for damages of any kind arising from the use of or inability to use this site.
Privacy Policy
Any information submitted to eAmped, either upon registration or by posting, may be publically displayed for use by us. Our logs collect and store information such as IP addresses, cookie information, to compile reports, etc. If you don't want your information accessible, then don't use the site. We do not engage in unsolicited spam nor will we release your email address to any third party for such purposes.
Spam
We don't like spam, not even the kind in a can. We define spam as posting content which provides little to no value for your visitors, with the sole purpose of increasing a another site's link popularity or search engine rankings. Automated posting of regurgitated, link-filled gibberish is especially annoying. Rest assured if your forum or account on a forum is created for the sole purpose of spamming, it will be flagged and removed.
Modification of These Terms of Use
We reserve the right to modify these terms of use at any time. You, by continued use of our service, are responsibe for regularly reviewing said terms to ensure you're in compliance.
